Lance Diehl is the owner and founder of Lance Michael Salon. His career started in Iowa at an award-winning, nationally-renowned salon where he was part of the editorial team. He spent 10 years as a colorist and Aveda educator, while training frequently in New York City alongside the nation’s top stylists. In 2015, Lance pursued his dream of living in Colorado by moving to Glenwood Springs and opening his own salon, where he furthered his training with Kevin Murphy educators.

His time as a color specialist and educator equipped him to develop an eye for naturally enhancing a client’s best features. Lance LOVES working with naturally curly hair and lived in texture and is wildly passionate about delivering blowouts that last for days. He is known for delivering styles that are user friendly and easy-to-style for his clients at home.
